Whether you are a teacher or an administrator, building relationships is arguably the most important aspect of being a successful educator. Together we will look at how maintaining positive relationships with students can encourage them to WANT to produce good work, even for the most unmotivated kids. We will look at examples of other teachers in action and discuss way to make rapport-building a part of our teaching and learning environment. This session will also discuss the connection between positive relationship building and Social Emotional Learning/Whole Child teaching.***Please checkout my Flipgrid to learn more about my session.
